Interaction Design (Grad School)

This is a collection of artifacts from my time as a student of the M.S. Human-Computer Interaction program at DePaul University, Chicago, IL. These examples were from HCI454 - Interaction Design.
This was Part 1 of a team project I was a part of for Interaction Design. It is a content inventory and analysis, complete with supplementary graphics. I collected my team's information, formatted, and prepared this report. Spring 2011.
This was Part 2 of our team final project in Interaction Design. It is a full analysis of an existing system, the development and execution of several methods of user inquiry (survey, card sort, etc), and the analysis, preparation, and presentation of that data. We also gave recommendations for going forward with a better taxonomy and design. I again collected my team's information and then formatted and prepared this report in the format you see. Spring 2011.
Concept Flow diagram I created showing the relationships between various HCI concepts. Originally created with the online tool Gliffy (www.gliffy.com). Spring 2011.
A Process Flow diagram I created to walk through the process of homebrewing beer. As an added bit of flair, I separated the steps roughly according to how they interact with the 4 ingredients of beer according to the German Purity Law of 1516 ("Reinheitsgebot"). Spring 2011.
Infographic assignment where we were required to pick some information to organize using the "Five Hat Racks" (Wurman). Spring 2011.
